Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Loopful is owned and operated by RUS E. ADRIAN PFA, registered in Romania.
- Registered office: 136 Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi, ground floor, apartment 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania
- VAT ID: RO55335763
- Registration number: F40/372/2024
- Contact: [email protected]
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean RUS E. ADRIAN PFA, and "you" means the person or organisation using Loopful.
2. The service
Loopful provides hosted customer feedback boards, roadmaps, changelogs, surveys, an embeddable widget, and an API. By creating an account or using a Loopful-hosted portal you agree to these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you invite others into your workspace, you are responsible for what they do there.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Loopful to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; to spam or manipulate votes; to send unsolicited bulk email; or to attempt to breach the security or integrity of the service. Do not resell the service without our written agreement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Your content and your data
You keep ownership of everything you put into Loopful. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, and display it as part of running the service. We do not use your content to train anything or to advertise to anyone.
You can export your data at any time from Settings, on every plan including Free. We do not hold data back as a way of keeping you.
If you run a portal, you decide its content policy and you are the data controller for the people who take part in it. Our Privacy Policy explains that split.
6. Plans and billing
Loopful has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Max. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice. Your purchase is a contract with Paddle, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms, which govern your use of Loopful itself. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated; the applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your location. Payments appear on your bank or card statement as PADDLE.NET* LOOPFUL.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not delete your data when a plan ends: the workspace reverts to Free plan limits and everything remains exportable.
We may change our prices, and what each plan includes, at any time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. If it would change what an existing subscription renews at, we will tell you at least 30 days before that renewal so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.
7. Refunds
If Loopful is not right for you, ask us and we will look at it.
Refund requests must reach us within 14 days of the payment, on monthly and yearly plans alike. Requests inside that window are considered case by case and granted at our sole discretion. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us you would like a refund. Where we do grant one it goes back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
After that window, a cancellation stops future renewals rather than refunding the period already running. These rights are in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer in the EU, which we do not limit.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep Loopful available and quick, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Maintenance that we expect to be disruptive will be announced in advance where we can. Support is by email at [email protected].
9. Third-party integrations
If you connect an integration such as Slack, Discord, Intercom, Asana, webhooks, your own outgoing mail server, single sign-on, or the API, you are choosing to send data to systems we do not control. Those systems have their own terms, and what happens to data once it reaches them is outside our responsibility.
10. Data processing agreement
Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor. If you need a Data Processing Agreement, email [email protected] and we will be glad to put one in place, including reviewing your own document if you prefer to use it.
11. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your workspaces and their content. Export anything you want to keep first, because deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Except in cases of abuse, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.
12. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, beyond that amount.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Loopful after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can cancel and, where you have paid in advance, ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
