1. The service

Loopful provides hosted customer feedback boards, roadmaps, and changelogs. By creating an account or using a Loopful-hosted portal you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Loopful.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Loopful to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; to spam or manipulate votes; or to attempt to breach the security or integrity of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service. Workspace owners are responsible for content policies on their own portals.

5. Plans & changes

Free plan features may evolve over time. Paid plan terms will be presented at purchase. We may modify the service with reasonable notice for material changes.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
